Description
Rectangular products appear in the Mizan Kalıp gallery as containers and lidded boxes. Thin-wall plastic injection molds are designed and built for these geometries. Cooling lines, parting lines and ejection mechanisms are analysed in design, and the mold is arranged to the clamping points, ejection force and dimensional standards of the injection press it will run on. Production is done at the Konya plant with CNC, CAD/CAM and precision measurement.
