Description
Our carbon fiber plates are produced in 500×500 mm sizes from 100% carbon fiber fabric and epoxy resin by vacuum infusion. The process leaves no trapped air, yielding one glossy aesthetic face and one matte textured face. Designed for decorative and structural engineering uses needing high strength. Typical properties: tensile strength 775 MPa, flexural strength 725 MPa, flexural modulus 60 GPa, density 1.5 g/cm³, ~50% fiber volume. Custom thicknesses/sizes and CNC machining are available.
