Thin-Wall Plastic Injection Molds

Thin wall is used in injection molds that require high precision, such as storage containers, flower pots and medical products. These molds are manufactured from the company’s long experience. Square, oval, rectangular, lid and special-design mold packagings are in this group. Molds are machined on high-precision CNC machines, and precision and tolerances are checked throughout production with measurement and control equipment. The molds are mounted on the company’s high-speed injection machines from 100 to 700 tonnes and tested for suitability to the project, leakage, strength and dimensions.
