Demand-Specific Mold Manufacturing

Durable, thin-wall plastic injection molds suitable for IML labeling are manufactured for packaging specified by the customer, using CAD/CAM systems on high-technology CNC machines. Projects designed and developed digitally by the engineers are brought into production in a short time. Before mold design, data such as the purpose of use, production performance and the injection machine to be used are collected, and quality, process and customer conditions are analysed to engineering standards. A prototype is printed on a 3D printer. For a customer-specific job, mold design starts after agreement and product approval.
