Gray Iron Casting

Ekol Grup Döküm produces gray cast iron alloys by resin-bonded sand moulding. The plant has two melting furnaces and casting capacity up to 5 tonnes per piece, with about 4,000 tonnes annual output stated. Gray-iron parts serve heavy machinery, machine tools, pumps and hydraulics, crushers and construction equipment. An OBLF 17-element spectrometer and laboratory checks are part of the production process.
