Description
Defit ventriculoperitoneal shunt kits comprise a Defit valve, a 23 cm ventricular catheter, a 120 cm peritoneal catheter, a stylet and a right-angled connector. Defit is a flat-bottom silicone valve. The valve body, made of polypropylene and silicone elastomer, contains no metal parts and is compatible with MRI and CT imaging. Offered in Ultra Small, Small and Regular sizes with low, medium and high fixed-pressure options. Standard, semi-antibiotic and full-antibiotic kit configurations are available. CE marked and EO sterilised.
